ButeFest 2025 Lineup
The renowned Peat & Diesel – hailing from the Isle of Lewis, will be gracing the stage this year!!The boys have been back at their day jobs having a wee break from touring but are now looking forward to getting ‘Back on the Horse’ and will be out on the road for a couple of weeks in November, before returning to the studio to work on more new music over the winter months.2025 kicks off in style, with their biggest Glasgow show to date and includes the honour of being the first act to play the mighty Emirates Arena as part of Celtic Connections. They then embark on a wee tour across the UK returning to some cities they’ve not been to in a couple of years. If you’ve not experienced the feeling and energy of a Peat & Diesel concert, you’ve not lived!!! Next in our lineup is the much-demanded return of the amazing Red Hearted Vibrations!! With influences from 70s hard rock, 80s power ballads and modern-day Pop/Rock, this 5-piece band from Glasgow made everyone’s night last year at ButeFest. Here’s to another great night! We also have the spellbinding Shackleton Trio, with their blend of folk and Americana. If you love captivating tales told through the art of banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar, and incredible harmonies, you can’t miss this act! Then we have the multi-talented Niamh Morris, Glasgow-based singer/songwriter. Following a sold-out headline launch show in Glasgow, Niamh went on her first tour in 2023, with several festival appearances across the UK. And finally – Lewis Toms – one of our very own here on Bute – will be there with his belting raw acoustic and vocals. His Blossoms and Smiths-inspired indie pop set will be one to watch out for!
